May 1, 2021 – The State Bar of Texas’ “CLE Fifteen: Oil and Gas 2020 (Top Rated Topics from the Past Year)” included presentations from two DGC Shareholders, both of whom were listed twice: Mr. John A. (Jad) Davis (pictured left) and Mr. Robert Hargrove.

Mr. Davis presented “The Impact of Public Policy on Oil and Gas Decisions” and was recognized as doing “a good job with a unique and valuable discussion of public policy behind the development of oil and gas law topic”. He was also recognized for his presentation on “Unresolved Issues Under the Relinquishment Act”. 

Mr. Hargrove’s “Regulatory and Legislative Update” and “Railroad Commission Update” were both ranked among those recognized by the State Bar, the latter specifically noted for the “presenters casual style in walking through the RRC update and impact from COVID”. 

DGC Law commends both Mr. Davis and Mr. Hargrove for being recognized among the top fifteen oil and gas CLE topics chosen by the State Bar of Texas.
