Daniel Harper has spent his entire career practicing law in Midland and Odessa. He spends much of his time representing companies in high exposure personal injury litigation across the Permian Basin of West Texas. Daniel quickly responds to the unexpected events that the energy industry can sometimes experience and leans on his background to help clients successfully navigate the unique challenges of each case. Daniel gathers information quickly and leverages experts when needed to help his clients understand the strengths and weaknesses in each case as early in the process as possible.

Daniel asks “Why?” a lot. He believes in the power of asking the right questions to clients and to opposing witnesses and then listening to and acting on the answers. Daniel uses the questions he asks and the answers he gets to effectively advocate for his clients in courts across the Permian Basin.

Daniel is proud to return to DGC and work again with his mentors and friends to serve DGC’s clients.
