Brooke is experienced in legal research and writing, crafting persuasive arguments to ensure her clients’ interests are vigorously protected in court as she strives to deliver effective results in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.
Full Biography
Midland attorney Brooke R. Brewer is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. Brooke graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in May 2024. While at Tech Law, she served as a Comment Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review, a Legal Practice Teaching Fellow for Professor DeLeith Duke Gossett, and a Research Assistant for Professor Dustin Benham. Brooke also served as a brief writer for Tech’s nationally recognized moot court teams.
After spending a summer working on complex oil and gas litigation involving contract disputes and other civil matters, she immediately knew DGC was the place for her. Brooke’s practice involves navigating clients through the legal complexities of the oil and gas sector in the Permian Basin and beyond.
Brooke is a Texas native. Born and raised in McKinney, Texas, Brooke eventually ventured out to the University of Texas at Tyler to play for the Women’s Tennis Team and study Political Science. Brooke then made the move to West Texas to attend law school at Texas Tech and has been in West Texas ever since.
