November 30, 2018 – Marc L. Skeen was recently hired as Of Counsel attorney at DGC Law.

Mr. Skeen has almost 40 years of oil and gas legal experience in the Permian Basin and has rejoined DGC after taking a leave of absence to serve as deputy general counsel of Parsley Energy during its initial four years as a public entity.  Much of his career was focused on oil and gas litigation. His practice, however, over the last decade, has been focused on providing litigation and pre-litigation evaluation and support, and has evolved into an E&P transactional practice that includes assisting in-house counsel, assisting land and other departments and assisting individuals, in the negotiation and preparation of almost all types of agreements commonly used in the oil and gas industry. Marc is also a qualified mediator.

The firm is excited to again have Mr. Skeen as part of the DGC team.
