November 30, 2018 – Katherine L. Petroski and William J. Clark have recently joined DGC Law as new associate attorneys.

Ms. Petroski practices trial and appellate law and has been involved in all aspects of civil litigation from case inception to trial, focusing on oil and gas and commercial litigation. She obtained her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Ms. Petroski noted, “The Permian Basin is such an exciting place these days.  It is a privilege to work for a firm that is one of the best in West Texas at helping clients navigate the risks and rewards of the industry.“

Mr. Clark’s practice focuses on oil and gas title examination. He obtained his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Clark said, “I first considered Midland (and thus DGC) because I wanted to get west of Austin, see the oil boom up close, and try out title work. After spending a summer working here, I knew I liked the work and the town, but more importantly, I was so impressed with how skilled, friendly, genuine, and considerate DGC’s attorneys are, I would have been disappointed to end up anywhere else.”
