Emily Daniel is an associate in the firm’s Midland office. Emily’s practice focuses on oil and gas title examination and energy transactions.
Full Biography
Emily was raised in Georgetown, Texas. She graduated cum laude from Trinity University with a B.S. in Finance, where she was also member of the Student Managed Fund. During her undergraduate studies, she was a member of the Women’s Basketball Team and was named to three All-Conference teams. After her time in San Antonio, she moved west to Lubbock, Texas, where she graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law. During her time in law school, Emily served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Estate Planning and Community Property Journal for Volume XVI, as well as serving on several other student organization boards.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys saltwater fishing, reading, and finding new places to eat around Midland with her friends and family.
