Davis, Gerald & Cremer (DGC) is pleased to announce today the return of Daniel Harper, where he joins the firm’s Trial and Appellate Litigation Team.

Daniel Harper has spent most of his career representing companies in high exposure personal injury litigation across the Permian Basin of West Texas. He handles cases from the first call after an unexpected accident through preparation for trial. Along the way, he works with experts and his clients to reconstruct unexpected events and does his best to help his clients understand their exposure as early as possible. Daniel helps his clients to find answers to questions that matter and works to help his clients prepare for tough challenges that they may often face in each case. He works hard to understand the unique elements of each case from the beginning and helps his clients to find the right solution for each case.
