On September 25, 2024, DGC Shareholder Rob Hargrove presented on allocation wells at the State Bar of Texas’s 42nd Annual Advanced Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Law Course. Rob’s talk focused on the Texas Railroad Commission’s regulation of allocation well permits, and its handling of disputes about them, in light of arguments raised in the recent Opiela case.
