New DGC Associates Sworn In

November 6, 2019 – DGC Law is pleased to welcome three new Associates to the firm: Sam Allen, Clayton Brown, and Nathan Straley. Both Sam and Clayton were sworn in the morning of October 30, 2019 by the Honorable David Counts of the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Texas. Nathan Straley was sworn in on November 5, 2019 by the Honorable George “Jody” Gilles, who presides over the State of Texas 142nd Judicial District Court, Midland County, Texas.

Sam Allen practices with the Trial and Appellate group that focuses on oil and gas litigation. He graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law and has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas. Sam started with the firm in September.

Clayton Brown also practices in the Trial and Appellate group, joining the firm this past August. He is a graduate of the Baylor University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Midwestern State University.

Nathan Straley is in DGC’s Energy group, and his practice focuses on oil and gas title examination. He is a graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law and has a B.A. in History and Human Rights from Southern Methodist University.
