A native of the Permian Basin, Shareholder Omar E. Gallardo's practice focuses on energy law. He has over a decade of experience conducting oil and gas title examination and authoring associated drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions for fee, state, and federal lands in Texas and New Mexico; including large-scale due diligence projects and title opinions for complex producing and unitized acreage. Mr. Gallardo has experience drafting, negotiating, and analyzing a wide variety of industry related agreements, including oil and gas leases, surface use agreements, easements, purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, and farm-out agreements. He also regularly advises clients on other related operational and title curative matters.

Omar has been named a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow and a Texas Super Lawyer "Rising Star".
