Marc L. Skeen
Mediation/Energy, E&P Transactional/Trial & Appellate
Since joining the firm, Marc has sought to utilize his more than thirty years of oil and gas litigation experience (and particularly his almost twelve years of broad based in-house experience as a Senior Attorney and then as the Deputy General Counsel of a large independent oil and gas exploration and production company) to assist clients in all facets of upstream oil and gas exploration, including: legal issues incident to exploitation planning, pre-litigation conflict resolution, litigation and transactional document preparation, closings and title examination.
Marc's depth of experience, which includes having been involved in a large number of mediations both as an advocate and as the client representative, provides him with a unique perspective from which to serve as a mediator in both oil and gas and other subject matters.
